About me
First off, it’s nice to meet you
My name is Michael Morgan.
I grew up in Tennessee, surrounded by a mix of small-town values and big curiosity. It is the kind of place where people take pride in stuff and find joy in the little things in life.
That early environment seriously taught me the value of patience, persistence, and progress. These lessons still shape how I approach both life and work today.
Fast forward a bit, I went on to graduate from the University of Memphis. Not long after, I married my beautiful wife, and together we’ve built a rewarding life with our three amazing kids. They’re my favorite project… constantly reminding me to stay patient, playful, and curious.
I’ve always been a little obsessed with progress.
The Japanese idea of Kaizen (continuous improvement) has been a quiet compass in everything I do.
Paired with a recent fascination for the Stoics; they keep me grounded through change and all of life’s challenges.

I absolutely love what I do, but when I’m not deep in work or spending time with the family, you’ll usually find me lost in a good audiobook or watching how something is built on YouTube (no shame).
This “dad life” really dials you in.
Professionally, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible people and great companies from all over the World.
I’ve been fully remote since COVID. I’ve led both large cross-functional teams and smaller, tight-knit groups of three or four. Every project has been a chance to learn, build, and create something meaningful together.
Outside of work, I love following the Memphis Grizzlies, riding around in my keep, hitting the trails on my bike, or spending quiet weekends accompanied by a nap in the hammock.
It’s funny to me how life has weird ways of bringing you back to things that made the most impact in your life.
